Diet












Nowadays the problem of obesity and overweight has increased dramatically. Because of the pressure and stress of life people tend to  overeat and relay on junk food since they don’t have time to cook healthy food and of course other diseases follows that like diabetes as well as rising the risk of having heart attack and cancer . Losing weight isn’t a hard thing nor is it easy, it’s only about whether you have the determination and well-power on losing weight. First thing start with your food, try to balance your daily nutrition’s intake by eating good fibers like vegetables and whole grain breads and rice because it will make you feel filled up for a long period of time, eat lean meat since it’s better on the digestion system, drink a lot of water so you don’t mistake the thirst as hunger, get your sugar from fruits and the most important thing is to make a schedule for  your meals, so you should eat three main meals times and two or three  light snacks times.
